Welcome To Huduma Kenya
Huduma Kenya Service Delivery Programme (HKSDP) is a Kenya Vision 2030 Flagship Project established vide the Kenya Gazette Notice No. 2177 of 4th April, 2014.
The Programme has the mandate to transform Public Service Delivery in order to ensure access to efficient, effective and citizen-centric services through One-Stop-Shop platforms .
The Huduma Kenya Secretariat under the State Department for Public Service, Ministry of Public Service and Human Capital Development coordinates and manages the day-to-day operations of the Programme. (Executive Order 2 of 2023).
Huduma Kenya has operationalized and manages four (4) service delivery channels namely:
- a. 57 Huduma Centers across the 47 Counties;
- b. Huduma Contact and Tele-Counselling Center, accessible through the call number 1919;
- c. Huduma Mashinani outreaches; and
- d. Huduma Electronic and Mobile (www.hudumakenya.go.ke and USSD *191#)
The platforms provide self-service, assisted and Digital Government Services under one roof from various Ministries, Counties, Departments and Agencies.
Huduma Kenya is celebrated for its transformative and citizen-centric approach to Public Service Delivery.
