On 27th February, 2025 the CEO Huduma Kenya Ben Kai, joined Hon. Susan Mangeni, the PS, State   Department of  Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), and Hon. Mohamed Abdi Abdirahman, the MP for Lafey Constituency for the groundbreaking Ceremony of the Huduma Jitume Centre Lafey. The Centre will bring services closer to Lafey constituents who currently travel over 118.8 kms to access Government services in Mandera Huduma Centre. The groundbreaking ceremony was part of Hon. Mohamed Abdi Abdirahman launch tour in Lafey where Uwezo and Youth Fund cheques were issued to Women, Youth and PWDs and Livestock was donated to his constituents amongst others.
