Unclaimed Financial Assets Services Now Available at All Huduma Centres
Principal Secretaries Dr. Jane Kere Imbunya, State Department for Public Service and Cyrell Odede Wagunda, State Department for Public Investments & Assets Management) today launched Unclaimed Financial Assets Authority (UFAA) services at Machakos Huduma Centre, announcing their availability in all 59 Huduma Centres nationwide. The rollout, achieved through a partnership between UFAA and Huduma Kenya, brings services closer to wananchi, making it easier for Kenyans to reclaim unclaimed financial assets.
The launch was attended by Mr. Ben Kai Chilumo, CEO Huduma Kenya, and Mr. Laban Molonko, CEO & Managing Trustee UFAA. Speaking at the event, PS Dr. Imbunya underscored service excellence, reminding staff that “every happy customer becomes a champion for our service.”
Citizens can now visit any Huduma Centre to make enquiries, submit claims, receive guidance on documentation, lodge complaints, and track the status of claims.
